Metro and Capital Bikeshare are pleased to offer free bike rides to eligible Metro customers on the regional bikeshare system. Create a mobile SmarTrip® card through the end of the promotional period and you can earn ten free 45-minute classic bike rides on any one of Capital Bikeshare's 5,000+ bikes across 650 docking stations in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Existing mobile SmarTrip® users can also get in on the deal. The rides are available for 30 days after signing up, and you can redeem your free bike ride 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Starting today, Lyft users across Metro-DC will now be able to access Capital Bikeshare directly from the Lyft app.
Thanks to thoughtful input from residents, leaders, and visitors, the City of Falls Church becomes the seventh member jurisdiction to join the Capital Bikeshare system, and brings the total number of stations systemwide to over 550.

Back by popular demand, weekday morning commuter Corral Service resumes Monday, April 3, from 8am to 1pm, at five downtown DC stations.
What's pink, unique and has two wheels? Our beautiful pink pedaler, of course! Our #BikeInBloom is back for its fourth year to brighten your Bikeshare riding and coincide with the National Cherry Blossom Festival.
We love when the iconic pink cherry blossoms take over DC (get ready for #bikeinbloom!). To make your trip to the Tidal Basin as seamless as possible, we're partnering with the National Cherry Blossom Festival to offer Corral Service during peak bloom.
